I tried to DL my Hallmark Programs (2 discs) & it was doing it & when it

asked for disc 2, I put it in & it didn't seem like it was running, so I

stopped it. I then un-installed disc 1 & tried to re-install & now it won't

do anything. Does anyone have an idea for me?

My other ? is, what is an unlocker? When I got my PC back, it was installed

on it & I have no idea what it is used for?
