Sassy -- unlocker is a very nice little program to have
which will allow you to "unlock" some files that
you may not be able to either access or delete because it is
running. if this occurs, unlocker will popup and allow you
to allow access. I have it run on my system at all times.
very handy. there are other similar programs.

I tried to DL my Hallmark Programs (2 discs) & it was
doing it & when it
asked for disc 2, I put it in & it didn't seem like it
was running, so I
stopped it. I then un-installed disc 1 & tried to
re-install & now it won't
do anything. Does anyone have an idea for me?
My other ? is, what is an unlocker? When I got my PC back,
it was installed
on it & I have no idea what it is used for?
