In case you run across this sw24.exe/sw20.exe

There are a couple of processes out that may be flagged as HIGH alert
malware. Some sites state that they are a type of keyloggers, (these are
the good sites we trust). One site states they can't find anything about
them.
Well .000000000000000008 seconds on Google and I found out all about
them
They are the processes used by MSI for Overclocking.
I sent the entire method of use to the site that said they can't find
anything.
They are safe and in fact useful if you intend to try to fry the
processor.
