Well I said it once and I'll say it again.
When it comes down to it the Amish will prevail.
Here in Tennessee the drought has gotten so bad that
combines are
pressing in the soil causing crops to fail by not even
allowing the due
to soke in. However since the Amish use horses they are
still able to
deliver. Farmers here in Tennessee that have seen this are
starting to
use horses as well. So What man thought was making their job
easier and
faster with those huge tractors was in fact killing the
ground. The nice
thing about a horse it does a good job and adds to the soil
every once
in a while. Wow is seems like in order to survive we may
have to go back
to the practical.
