Maybe. My ISP was using a third party blocking service. I requested white
listing of my Yahoogroups more than once. I have not had any problems with
bouncing in about 1 year. The ISP has not admitted doing anything so who
knows.

Can the ISP correct it if I complain to them ?
I've never had this problem before, so evidently they're doing something new.

Everyday for about a week my email messages
from Yahoo groups have been getting suspended
due to email bouncing.
Each time it has been restored by requesting reactivation.
Is this a computer, ISP or Yahoo fault ?
