This is new to me so I don't understand all this and some of the
terms you all are using ,

STATIC IP ADDRESS

but if I understand you right,
The VIEWER for (ULTRA VNC) has to be installed on my sisters CPU
for me to connect to it , Also your saying it won't work from
state to state ..???

I have never used REMOTE DESKTOP SHARING,

My sister has Win 98 with dial-up, and I have Win XP with
TIME WARNER ROADRUNNER high speed cable ..

I have been using a CPU for 10 yrs or so , I just never tried
anything like this, so it's all new to me ..

If this won't work from state to state, let me know please ...
I will stop spending time on this and just call her on the phone,

I've been trying to get her to Install photo software for 2 yrs so
she can send me photos ... she says she doesn't know how ...
That's why I was trying to install it myself by taking over her CPU
