email addy

Does anyone know how to find out the owner of an email addy?

I`ve sent this person an item of mine to fix and at first he emailed me back on whatever questions I had,but in the last week I can`t get ahold of him either by email or phone number.

Department of Homeland Security can probably get it for you. Or the NSA

If it's an address owned by AT&T, just call them. They give out that
info to anyone.

If you 'sent them an item', then obviously you must have their name and
address....
