Have you tried auto polish on a piece of cotton wool in circular directions?

I don`t know if peanut butter will pick iup the stuck on junk but try it.

yes,peanut butter,the smooth kind,is known to clean cd`s real good.

I`ve used it myself on many cd`s.

Use just barely warm water NOT HOT!!

Rub it on in a center to edge pattern,NOT circular!.

Eucalyptus oil will remove it but not sure how safe it is on a cd, try
it on an old cd?
