I have a Speed Stream modem. If it is not a continuous blink, something
is wrong. How is the process of logging on taken care of? This is
important because if the modem is sending out a connection request, it
would be ignored if you have not logged on. AT&T would send back an
account and password request. If it is not resolved, there will be no
traffic.
Do you have a network connection that is set up just for the DSL
connection? If not, you need one. You should look at the link below.
