Ok. The owner of the unit just came by and picked it up. She was
rather flabbergasted when I told her a Keylogger had been installed in
the unit and explained what it does. I also instructed her on how to
set an administrator password so no-one can simply boot up in the safe
mode and create a new account for themselves with the power to remove
someone else's password.

Glad to be rid of this one.
