Transfering address book to Vista

I am trying to help my parents set up their new computer. I have their
address book on my flash drive. How can I transfer that to the new
Windows Mail program.

Hi Linda,

Just copy the address book to the hard drive and use the Import Feature in
Windows Mail. (File/Import)
Select Windows Contacts and then the last option, Windows Address Book File
(Outlook Express contacts)
