adobe

Good morning

I am still having trouble with adobe 7 not deleting. I went to safe mode and tried to remove it and it still wouldn't go. I tried reloading it thinking maybe there was something missing and it would load. This is the error I receive 'cannot delete pdfshell.dll access denied make sure disk is nit full or with protected and the file is not currently in use. It is a great mystery. I have windows XP. I guess I need to call someone would that be Dell or Adobe ... thank you sorry I am such a nuisance

Go into safe mode and search for that dll,then see if you can delete it.
