Personally I like Nero! Strange that you did not get a disk with it
though, I would query where you bought it from.

Thank you ... I bought it from New egg ... I think that was a huge mistake ... they accept no phone calls no orders by mail or on the phone and it is impossible to get to them with your problem ... never again ...
