With that many different issues, I would be suspicious of the
motherboard itself. Especially since it is an Emachine. One good clue
is to take a really good look at the electrolytic capacitors on the
motherboard. They are the cylinders about 1 inch high here and there on
the board. There are probably a lot of them near the main CPU around
the heat sink and fan assembly. They should all have nice flat tops. If
the top of ANY of them are swelled up, they are bad and you will need to
replace the motherboard.

The only other component I can think of that might cause those various
problems is a bad stick of memory, which you can test by downloading
Memtest86.iso, burning a CD, and let the unit boot from it. It will
run a thorough test of all the cells and give you a red list of bad
cells, if any.
