PPOE = Point-to-Point Over Ethernet

PPPOE = Point-to-Point Protocol Over Ethernet

I don't see that this relates to your friend's problem - she needs
sufficient memory to make her system work!

Thank You, but her system was fine until her friend used it and didn't log off. Now My friend is having problems.
