X a run time error , appears at some links

Dear members,
At some links I log on appears the following warning:
A run time error has occured. o you wish to debug.
Line 3
Error: syntax error
Then I am given the choice of : Yes or No.
Then I choose No it reappears again and again I choose No, after choosing No twice it disappears.
What causes it and how can I stop it?

Hello Adnan,

You are receiving script errors from the web site. These are not errors on
your computer. To stop these messages, you should do the following from
Internet Explorer:

>From the Menu Bar, click Tools then Internet Options and then click the
Advanced tab.

Put a check in the option for "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)"
and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)"

Remove the check from the box for "Display a notification about every script
error."

Click OK and close Internet Explorer and then re-start Internet Explorer.
You should not get those messages again.
