Not all methods work.
But, the first one I try is
to uninstall the device(s).
ie: right click MY COMPUTER
click on PROPERTIES
and get to DEVICE MANAGER (its under the third tab?)
then find the WIRELESS section
and uninstall it.
Reboot the computer,
and it should find the device, and then reinstall it for you.
It has the effect of a "clean start" on devices for wireless.
