The problem is that you have a copy of this worm in your system restore
datasets and it keeps getting restored on your system.
It was stated earlier.
Turn Off sysytem restore process.
START button> Control panel > SYSTEM icon> SYSTEM RESTORE tab

Check the box that says turn off system restore on all drives.

boot pc

Run your ativirus scan and SPY Sweeper.

this should remove it.

then turn on your system restore function by going back to the system
restore sceen from above and uncheck the box to turn off system restore.

reboot pc

Run your antivirus scan which should now come up clean.

hope this helps

Google says...

This is what it is:

http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_100785.htm

This is *one* method of removal:

http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?
docid=2005-081710-5913-99

There is a world of information more. All this I got from a Google
search with the keywords "worm.gen remove" (without quotes) and there
were quite a few hits. Sounds like a very nasty one and sounds like
it comes primarily from porn sites. I don't know if that's correct
and I really don't care. Here's the link to the search I did and
there are more hits you could come up with on your own with some
different search criteria. All of it depends upon your OS, of
course. There seems to be a possibility that you might have to
reinstall, but maybe not.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=safari&rls=en&q=worm.gen
+remove&btnG=Search

If it did, indeed, come from that source (I'm not saying it did),
it's a really good lesson in places one should not go if they want
their computers to be happy. Good luck.
