Hi Troy,
I should have added that I can not boot into Safe Mode. I can get into the F8 to show all the options but when I try to go into Safe Mode, I get a black screen. I even tried to load "Last Working Configuration" and I get the same black screen. When I try load Safe Mode with Networking, I get the list of drivers loading and then it hangs at the last driver and then changes to a black screen.

Other than getting another AGP 8X video card, is there any way I can test the video card? I am not sure the video card is bad since I can see the BIOS, POST and XP Logo so if the video drivers are corrupt, should the initial bootup also be hard to see? Should I change something in the BIOS?

Sorry for so many questions.

Vin
