LOL well, it is - its just hard coded in the firmware rather than being
software files on a hard drive.
My HP printer has its own 'website' as well. If fact, since I use static
IP addresses with out a router, its accessible from anywhere! Anyone in
the world can log onto my printer and see how much ink I have left
(thats pretty much all you can do, since I have the network settings
password protected).
