Delete the vendor account. Is your machine a factory build (Dell,
eMachine or HP)?
Disable Remote Assistance. It is seen as a security problem anyway. Then
there will be no problem with disabling the help assistant.
As long as it says that the guest account is disabled, you are okay.

The ASPNET account is used by .NET programs. Some programs are set to
use this account for machine access rights. If you have software that
uses .NET, I advise you to leave it alone. You can remove it by going to
add/remove programs and removing the .NET software.
