file compare

Is there a program to compare two csv files and be able to remove an item and resave the file in the original location under the original name?

Sorry if this is no use, because I have no idea what a csv file is or
whether it would do what you need (LOL), but there is a program called
Synctoy you can get from the Microsoft site. It compares files and
can synchronise them in different ways.
