Exporting to Quicktime - Expert Settings?

Hi, I'm new to making videos.

I do, however, have a question about exporting to Quicktime with
the Expert Settings.

????

I have no idea what I'm doing on there.

I know that CD ROM quality only took up 18 mb -yucky quality online-
but Full quality took 506 mb.

the site I want to upload to takes up to 100mb per upload
and I would like to get my projects up to just under
that if possible but am clueless.

anyone? I need instructions so basic that a cat could probably figure it out ya dig?
