I wonder if people think providing relevant information costs money,
or do they belong to the awkward squad. The name of the Browser that
you use would be useful, or do you expect us to guess it's Internet
Explorer and further guess the version? I don't use this, but if you
go to the symbol at the top left of the page and click on it,
depending on the settings currently being used you will get the option
of either "Restore" or "Maximise" try whatever of these are available
to you. If that don't work try size and or move, most of the time this
works for me. Unless, as Martha suggests, this is a design, or other
fault on the website.
