enlarging fonts in thunderbird

my vision has gotten worse and i need to make the fonts bigger on my
email and i cant figure out how to do it...can someone help me....oh by
the way i want the changes to apply to ALL email

i know i can do that for an individual message but what i want is to
change the default to enlarge ALL incoming messages not by doing it on a
one by one basis
