I am desperate for some help. My windows media player will not work.
have tried everything. There is a code that comes up it is
C00D11CD . I looked it up to see what I can do on google and I have
tried to fix it but to no avail.
First what version of Windows and what version of Media Player are you
using?
According to Microsoft, this is a 'generic' error and can be caused by many
things, not necessarily the Media Player.
Microsoft
"Because this generic message can be displayed in a wide variety of
circumstances, there is no single solution."
You can look at this page on the MS Media player user group and see more.
The link was 3 lines long, so here is a shorter one: http://snipurl.com/1sa9a
There are a lot of free and very good players available for downloading on a
number of download sites. If this error continues, you may want to try one
of them.
