I don't think Kristine has a cookie problem (sounds like we're at
weight-watchers
). She needs to configure Norton personal firewall
to allow juno.exe access to the internet. I don't know which version of
the program she has, so the following is just rough guidance:
1. Double click on the Norton personal firewall icon in the system tray
(bottom left of screen).
2. Look for a setting to Configure the firewall and click on it
3. Look for a Program Control tab and click on it.
4. Scroll down the list of programs until you reach juno.exe. In the
Internet Access column for this program it will say something like Block
All. Click on this setting and change it to Permit All. Then click OK.
You should now have access to the internet (hopefully!).
