You might be fine with just the one, wireless, router.  Are
you using 
dynamic addressing on all of your computers?  It could be
that you simply 
need to do a ipconfig /release  and ipconfig /renew at the
conflicting 
computer(s).  If not all the computers.  Some of them may be
using their 
subscriptions from the old router still.

I would also suggest the same thing.
Get all the machines on the wireless connections so that
there wont be any
problem of IP address conflict.
Or else, get the whole network on wired connections.
Attach a 6 or 16 ports switch to the existing wired router
and connect the
machines to the switch instead connecting them directly to
the router. So
that you can connect that many machines at the same time.
