Skills:
MUST HAVES:
* Strong Development skills in Java/J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB
* Experience on either of WebLogic/WebSphere/iPlanet/TomCat
* DESIGN skills (at least 1 large project or multiple smaller
ones)
* Experience in OOAD & UML (Rational / Visio)
SOFT SKILLS:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills; Self-motivated
* Priority-management skills
* Quick-learning ability
