A leading developer of motion control systems needs a
senior product manager to be responsible for their
Industrial Actuator product line.
This position:
o. Directs the development of company market
requirements for Servo and Industrial Actuator product
lines, including product strategy definition,
requirements analysis, and pricing.
o. Monitors the development of business plans,
managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the
marketplace. Reduces broad concepts and business
strategies into structured product marketing plans.
o. Oversees market research, monitors competitive
activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes
pricing strategies.
o. Interacts with engineering, manufacturing and sales
to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
Leads new product definition and business plans with
joint departments.
o. Regularly interacts with senior management on
matters concerning several functional areas,
divisions, and/or customers.
Requirements:
o. 5+ years experience as a product manager for Servo
Based Motion Control or Industrial Actuators products
(Required)
o. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering. (MBA Preferred)
