Senior Systems Security Analyst
Business Area: Information Services

Description:
ICF International is currently looking for a Senior Systems
Security Analyst with Federal Information Security
Management Act (FISMA) expertise to report directly to the
ICF Information Security Solutions Practice Leader and
support the Director of National Intelligence Chief
Information Officer on a dynamic Northrop Grumman team which
includes leading federal and commercial IT companies.
This individual must thrive in an Intelligence Community
(IC) environment, demonstrate broad range of skills and
experience in security engineering, IC certification and
accreditation procedures, security architecture, and FISMA
automation options. The candidate must hold a
bachelor’s degree in information technology
(Master’s degree preferred), have a minimum of 8
years of industry experience and possess an active TS/SCI.
Federal, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community
experience is a requirement.
Tasks will include support for developing derived
requirements, technical engineering support, security policy
support, security systems engineering, planning, and
security consulting services. Additional tasks may include
technical white papers, briefings, research, and hands on
technical support as required. Specific experience should
include:
* 8 years of system security, security architecture,
network security engineering or secure network system
development experience
* Hands-on experience with firewalls, enterprise
anti-virus, enterprise IDS, and WAN ACL management and
monitoring
* Knowledge of system engineering processes,
particularly requirements analysis, interface definition,
and detailed implementation planning
* Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer
Science background
* Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, system, and host
security
* Ability to work independently or within a team
environment
* In depth knowledge of Federal, DoD, and IC security
policy
* IC and OMB reporting requirements and data collection
* Extensive knowledge of IC roles, missions, and
operational EA
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific job requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Past experience as a senior security analyst
responsible for FISMA report development and Plan of Action
and Milestone (PO&AM) tracking and mitigation
* Experience in responding to congressional directed
actions
* Prior experience interacting with senior-level
managers
* Highly motivated
* Willingness to participate and support multiple
projects
