Position:       Security Engineer
Location:       Dallas, Texas, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Accudata Systems, Inc., a premier Houston-based IT
Consulting and Integration firm, is seeking an individual
with proven experience in providing security consulting and
implementation services for our Dallas metroplex Fortune
1000 clients.  This hands on position will also require your
ability to design, implement, and support their enterprise
security infrastructure. 

Candidates must be able to understand the technical
requirements necessary to solve business problems. In
addition, candidates must have a solid foundation in network
infrastructure including switches, routers, and server
operating systems. Proven working knowledge of supporting
security technologies such as firewalls, VPN's, strong
authentication, and IDP are a plus.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
* 3+ years of experience with proven success in designing,
installing and supporting network and security technologies 
* Strong working knowledge with industry leaders including
Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, ISS, RSA and others 
* Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
required 
* Four-year college degree and consulting background
preferred 
* CISSP, GIAC, CCSE, or certification with the technologies
partners above a plus 
* Proven business writing skills
