Job Description:

SOURCEfire is looking for a Business Development
Representative to assist in prospecting and lead generation.
As a lead generation specialist you will be responsible for
outbound telemarketing campaigns that generate leads for our
enterprise sales team across North America



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:

Sales / Industry Experience:
	* Experience in telemarketing preferably for a technology
company
	* Minimum of one year in telemarketing/telesales
	* Minimum of High School education

Sales Skills:
	* Proven ability to prospect, qualify and articulate value
proposition for technology solutions
	* Great telephone communication skills
	* High activity generation (50+ Calls a day)
	* Team Player (works well with team to achieve company and
individual goals)
	* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and Web-based
applications
	* Ability to Utilize/Maximize all resources at their
disposal
	* Ability to balance individual and team performance

Personal Qualities:
	* Self-Sufficient / Self-Starter ý Does what is
necessary to get the job done
	* Strong Work Ethic (Works Smart, not just Hard)
	* Performance driven
	* Desire and ability to advance into telesales
representative role
