Title: Security Engineer or Sr. Security Analyst
Job Description:
This position is for an IT-Network security analyst who will
be an integral member of the Kohler Co. IT Security Team.
This Team has global responsibility for ensuring the
security of Kohler Company’s networks, computers,
and applications that support all of Kohler’s
product divisions and manufacturing.
This position is expected to participate in all aspects of
IT-Network security. This includes working with standard
security technologies such as Firewalls, Antivirus,
Antispam, authentication methods, content filtering,
IPS/IDS, VPNs, NAC, Identity Management, vulnerability
scanners, forensic tools, etc. to provide a stable network
and protect information such as data privacy PII and PCI
Credit Card data. This team also responsible for the
following security areas: policy creation & enforcement,
security build & maintenance procedures, documentation
of standards, assessing security vulnerabilities and
proposing solutions, ensuring business critical applications
are deployed & maintained in a security manner, incident
response/CIRT, security event management/correlation, etc.
This highly visible team interacts with numerous departments
and multiple levels of employees and management. The right
candidate will have a passion for security, a strong drive
to solve technical i
ssues, is comfortable designing security solutions, can run
implementation projects, and enjoys being part of a great
security team.

This position is located in Kohler, WI which is
approximately 45 minutes north of Milwaukee, WI and 2.5
hours from Chicago, IL. Relocation assistance will be
available for the right candidate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 2-4 years IT Security and 1-2 years systems/network
administration experience.
