My mom has asked for advice on the best monitor.  Dad's birthday is near.  He has a Dell PC and a Laptop.  She wants to get him a 19"........I am guessing an LCD.  He only buys top of the line or right next to it.  



Suggestions on the best one.  What could she expect one to cost?
