Outlook Express

Outlook express will not open. I click on it & I see on the screen Outlook express 6
In a blue square as usual but it will go no further. I tried it in safe mode still no success? I have many files there but I can't see this from preventing it from opening?
any Suggestions? ....thanx.......

Try 'System Restore' Restore it to the last working date.
