to be honest..I'm not sure if it's one big one..320 gigs..or 
two 160's..but I think (not often) it is 2..

Disk Drive Management will tell you what's in ther for
drives.............
Drive 0 and all it's partitions
Drive 1 and all it's partitions

another thought..
You have a couple more options open.......... System
Restore, which may
get you back far enough to straighten out your IE7 problem.

Run a Repair of Windows......... you would need to boot to
the Windows
install CD or you would need a copy of that CD on your
HDD?????
