bug: sendPing needs ModifyPortalContent and contents tab is displayed as action

2 issues:

1st sendPing needs ModifyPortalContent
==========================
therefore  "member"  with the rights to
"add portal content" and to "add 
coreblog2Entry" cannot save a coreblogentry. 

2nd 
=====
contents tab is unnecessary, if you asked me, since there is
already the 
entry_listing by default.

the attached patch fixes both.

I think content tab is needed. If you want to access stuff
or comments 
folder, you will click content tab .

Anyway, suggestion/report is always welcome.

At my coreblog2 there is only a "images" and
"stuff" folder displayed, for 
which there is already a link in the admin portlet (and also
what's the point 
of having displayed all comments, images or stuff regardless
of the "blog 
entry"

Oh sorry. I'd forgot feature of my software .
I still think contents tab is needed.

1) admin portlet is default but also optional

2) Addable portal type in COREBlog2 folder is customizable
