Hi .

Please try:

In your server, python's "site-packages"
directory, put file named 
"sitecustomize.py".
And fill this code.

import sys
sys.setdefaultencoding("utf-8")

Then, restart Zope.

The probrem will be solved, I hope .

hmm, you mean in the lib/pyhton folder within my instance?
