Snarf build broken

I seem to be unable to get a working Cosmo and/or Snarf
installation
going using Subversion. I wonder if this is still to be
expected?

When I pull snarf and do maven dist, I get and error about
not being
able to get
http://downloads.osafoundation.org/bundle/j
akarta-tomcat-5.5.9.tar.gz

not as expected. if you can't get snarf built, there's a
bug.

/bundle/ is no good. what was the old location - /cosmo/?
i'll sync up
with bear tomorrow on what that should be.
