maildrop interface

Hi all,

Does anyone here know of a web interface to build maildrop
filter 
commands???

I want to allow customers to create maildrop filters, but
they are too 
complicated for that average joe to write themselves, and
I'm wondering 
if anyone has written or knows of any web interfaces that do
so...

sqwebmail can do this.
