First of all: Should I post the questions in the
courier-imap list or
courier-users list ?

Just to avoid double posts.

Distribution: Ubuntu 6.10 server

Kernel version: 2.6.20.3 (vanilla compiled by hand)

Filesystem of Maildirs:  XFS
# grep "/home" /etc/fstab
/dev/sda3       /home           xfs
noatime,nodev,noexec,nosuid
0       2

maildrop permissions:
# ls -l /usr/local/maildrop/bin/maildrop
-rwsr-sr-x 1 root mail 195217 2007-03-08 12:23
/usr/local/maildrop/bin/maildrop

About 400 concurrents users acessing by imap. There is a
perdition proxy
in other server before courier-imap in this server.

That's normal, but

Can I force to calc the used quota for a single user,
without send mail
to him, by example ?

One more thing: I compiled everything (maildrop,
courier-authlib,
courier-imap, postfix, openssl, etc) with the following
FLAGS:

CXXFLAGS=-march=nocona -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -mmmx
-msse -msse2
-msse3
CFLAGS=-march=nocona -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -mmmx
-msse -msse2
-msse3
