Providing real name and user name in cc:Agent

You recommend to use the dc:title tag inside the cc:Agent to

provide the Agent's name. OK, but how if the Agent is a 
wiki contributor that has a real name, a user name and a 
URL (pointing to his user page on the wiki)? What is the 
recommended way for encoding this informations?

    <dc:title>John Smith</dc:title>
