Can CC Protect Jewelry Designs?

This is the opposite intention to Creative Commons I'm
afraid. CC are  
dedicated to helping share creative work that is protected
by copyright.

Depending on which country you are in you might be able to
get a  
"design right" or a "registered
design" or something similar on your  
work.

Well, actually, you could license the designs of your
jewelry. By
designs I mean the actual creative work that is you designs
if they are
drawings, cad files, etc.

What country is this for? Also, I'm curious what level of
protection you
want over your designs? At the most restrictive level with
CC BY-NC-ND,
that allows for only one to copy the designs, but not make
money and
have to give you credit...
