Hello All,

I'm interested in talking about the nuts and bolts of
Open Business. I've taken a look at OpenBusiness.cc
(not a lot of activity there) and Cambien House (not a
lot of activity there either). Cambien House has some
interesting ideas and I've left a couple comments
on their forum, but I think their conditions regarding
ownership are a little too much. IMO it would be
better to have an independent implementation of their
system for awarding and rewarding project
participation. A tool or site anyone could use
without having to first have their project approved by
Cambien House and turning over ownership and control
to them.

Is anyone else interested in this topic?

Mhhm openbusiness.cc posts quite regular and has usually
something
interesting to say...don't know about the other site could
you send the url?

> Is anyone else interested in this topic?
Yes and I belief there was a specific list for it:
Cc-bizcomlists.ibiblio.org

But this seems pretty dead....

I follow openbusiness pretty much every day and I took the
"not a lot of
activity there" to mean comment wise. That is
generally true. Sometimes there
is an article that generates a decent amount of discussion
but that is far
from the rule. Do you check the site often? You are indeed
correct that they
post regularly though.

Yes, I check the site using the RSS feeds. As for the
comments it would
be nice to have more discussions around the content
Openbusiness
publishes about, but then again that's not something
Openbusiness can
really do something about.

Perhaps we should help and start the discussion as it seems
that you and
I are regulars anyway ;)

Two things I can suggest...

A better comments module (threading?)

Fix it so that "Previous Entries" actually
works.
