This is a very interesting aspect of the case. If anyone is
interested in
setting up such an initiative or if there is already one in
place I would be
very interested in assisting from the European side of
things.

As many of you know, the GPL just was upheld in a court case
in Germany
against D-LINK. The success of this has been partially
because of Harold
Welte who runs GPL-VIOLATIONS.oRG (and I found because he is
hacking on
getting an open source cellphone setup going).
Anyway, does anything like this exist for CC licenses?
Something like
cc-violations.org?
I wonder if anyone has undertaken this or is interested in
this?
