No, sorry, those are the ones I'm talking about. I guess I
should say
the "offending party" lost, not "site".
I did have this happen to me, though, and resolved it by
notifying the
guy doing it. Of course, his only fault was not including
correct
attribution, so it was easy for him to fix.
