Hi Paul,
Syncing music to images/video constitutes a derivative work,
so be
sure to use music that's not licensed under a NoDerivs (ND)
license.
If the music you use is under a ShareAlike license (SA),
then you
must license your video under this same license. If it's not
under an
SA license, then you are not required to relicense in this
way.
