Re: Bug in wpLicense's licenseURI()

If I recall correctly that bug was reported and fixed in
Subversion.
Unfortunately the version in Subversion is broken in new and
strange
ways, so that doesn't do you much good.  I will be returning
my
attention to wpLicense in the very near future and will make
sure that
fix is in the next release.
