Thread: cclicense chooser API

He guys,

I heard it should be possible to include an author and an
agent (as in
the party to contact for commercial licensing) when using
the license
REST API. A quick look at [1] and [2] and [3] did not reveal
anything
related to this. Does the possibility to set an author and
an agent
actually exist? If so, how can I use it?

I'm not sure exactly what metadata you want to include, or
how you
want it exposed. Does the work information
(http://api.creativecommons.org/doc
s/readme_dev.html#providing-work-information)
do what you want? If you're looking for a way to include
values for
the morePermissionsUrl and/or attributionName or
attributionUrl, those
aren't supported in the REST API yet.

Hi Nathan,

The thing I'm looking for seems to be the latter of what you
suggested.
Any other ways of including those without the REST API?
